What is the key benefit?
We make it possible for ANYONE to create an AI tool for their website TODAY. You no longer need an expensive AI engineer, or an Open AI account, or access to APIs or coding knowledge. We can create your own tool for your site right now and we’ll even pay the bills for all the AI models and APIs that we use.
Can you please explain the pricing?
It is free to create your tools and preview them. If you like one and want to include it on your website, you simply have to pay for the usage of the tool. This covers our bills that come in from Open AI and others as your tool is being used.
Pricing is $99 per month, which gives you 1000 uses of the tool. A use is counted when your customer receives results from your AI tool. If you go over 1000 tool uses in a month, that’s ok. We will simply charge you $.10 for each additional use. Then, when your billing month starts over, you’ll get reloaded with 1000 more credits for $99, and we repeat the above process.
Do you offer analytics and email list exporting?
Yes. With your subscription you will receive a dashboard that shows your AI tool, the amount of use it is receiving and the user email addresses you are collecting.
You can export your emails to your own CRM or newsletter software by downloading your entire email list to a .txt file. We provide that capability in your dashboard.
We’re adding more functionality to your dashboard that will show repeat visitors and AI users, so you can target those super users more directly.
Do you use more than one AI model?
Yes, we use several AI models including the very latest models from Open AI and Perplexity and more. We also have APIs connected that help crawl the web (if needed) and your website (if needed). We also have social media APIs from Twitter and Reddit.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you want to cancel your subscription, contact us via the contact page.
You won’t be charged again and we’ll deactivate your AI tool as soon as your month expires that you paid for.
What is the benefit of the Validator AI tool creator?
We know that capturing website visitors is super important. And, for startups, getting traction is nearly impossible.
When you create an AI tool and put it on your site, this enables you to attract new clients and capture their email addresses. This also helps you convert your already occurring traffic into future customers.
We’ll gather these user emails for you and you can build that relationship and turn them into your paying customers.

Business idea:
I want to open a coffee shop in Boulder, CO
Hi! My name is Val
What to do to get this idea moving:
1. Conduct an online survey targeting Aspen residents and visitors to gather feedback on their coffee preferences, pricing expectations, and potential location desirability for the coffee shop.
2. Create a simple landing page or social media post introducing the coffee shop concept, collecting email sign-ups for updates, and analyzing the level of interest based on click-through rates and engagement metrics.
3. Set up a pop-up coffee tasting event or stand in a high-traffic area in Aspen to offer free samples, observe customer reactions, gather direct feedback, and assess the demand for the coffee shop concept.
4. Reach out to local businesses or organizations for potential partnership opportunities or collaboration to gauge interest in corporate catering services or bulk coffee orders, indicating potential demand and revenue streams.
5. Analyze existing competitor coffee shops in the Aspen area, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and unique selling points to differentiate the new coffee shop concept and understand the market gaps or opportunities for success.
6. Leverage social media platforms to run targeted ads promoting the coffee shop idea, monitoring the response rate, click-throughs, likes, and shares to measure consumer interest and engagement with the concept.
7. Host a focus group or community event inviting key stakeholders, including local residents and tourists, to provide in-depth feedback, suggestions, and testimonials on the coffee shop idea, allowing for further validation of demand and refinement of the business concept.
Here are important things to consider:
1. Seasonality: Aspen, CO, may experience significant fluctuations in population and tourism throughout the year, impacting the coffee shop's customer base and demand levels. It's vital to assess the business's viability during both peak and off-peak seasons to ensure year-round profitability.
2. Competition: Aspen likely has existing coffee shops with loyal customer bases. Understanding the competitive landscape, defining the coffee shop's unique value proposition, and identifying ways to differentiate the business will be crucial for attracting and retaining customers.
3. Local Regulations: Before launching the coffee shop, ensure compliance with local regulations, such as health codes, zoning laws, and licensing requirements. Failure to understand and adhere to these regulations could result in costly fines or business disruptions.
4. Supply Chain Management: Securing reliable suppliers for high-quality coffee beans, equipment, and other essential items is essential for maintaining consistency and meeting customer expectations. Establishing strong relationships with suppliers and having contingency plans for any disruptions is critical for operational success.
5. Customer Preferences: Conduct thorough market research to understand the preferences, tastes, and expectations of Aspen residents and visitors regarding coffee offerings, pricing, ambiance, and customer service. Adapting the coffee shop concept based on these insights can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Financial Sustainability: Developing a detailed financial plan, including projected startup costs, operating expenses, pricing strategy, and revenue projections, will be essential for assessing the coffee shop's financial feasibility and long-term sustainability. Consider various scenarios and risks to mitigate potential challenges.
7. Marketing and Branding: Creating a strong brand identity, compelling marketing campaigns, and effective customer outreach strategies will be crucial for generating awareness, attracting customers, and fostering brand loyalty. Emphasize storytelling, community engagement, and experiential marketing to differentiate the coffee shop in a competitive market.
Target Market Ideas:
1. Residents: Since Aspen, CO, is a small, elite town, you could target the local residents who enjoy premium coffees. Understanding their coffee preferences and providing a unique selection to cater to their tastes can drive consistent footfall.
2. Tourists: Aspen attracts a lot of tourists throughout the year, both for summer hiking and winter skiing. The coffee shop could become a hub for tourists looking for a warm and cozy place to relax.
3. Professionals: There are many businesses and offices in Aspen. You could target corporate professionals who need a go-to coffee spot for daily needs or business meetings.
4. Adventure Seekers: Adventure enthusiasts visit Aspen for skiing and mountaineering. Your coffee shop could serve as a perfect place for them to warm up and recharge.
Revenue Model Ideas:
1. Coffee and Snacks Sales: Your primary income can come from selling a variety of high-quality coffee drinks and related snacks.
2. Merchandising: You could sell branded merchandise (like mugs, t-shirts, etc) or packaged coffee blends for customers to brew at home.
3. Subscriptions: Offer subscription services for regular customers, giving them discounted prices.
4. Event Hosting: Rent out the space for hosting private events, book readings, etc to earn extra income.
Modifying the Idea:
Considering that Aspen, CO, is a luxury destination, you could customize your coffee shop idea to become a "premium coffee experience". This could involve serving rare and exotic coffee varieties (like Kopi Luwak), providing luxurious seating arrangements, and offering high-end pastries or snacks. You could also host coffee tasting events, barista classes, and other experiences that attract high-end clientele.
Here is your one week plan to get this moving if you have time:
1. Market Research: Conduct primary and secondary market research to understand the Aspen coffee market, competition, and potential customers.
2. Customer Surveys: Distribute surveys or conduct interviews with locals and tourists to better understand their coffee preferences and willingness to pay for a premium coffee experience.
3. Pop-Up Shop: Before investing in a full-fledged shop, consider running a pop-up coffee shop at local events or in high-traffic areas to gauge customer interest and gather feedback.
4. Financial Feasibility: Prepare a detailed financial model considering all costs and potential revenues. Check the feasibility and profitability of the business.
5. Seek Expert Opinion: Consult with industry experts or successful coffee shop owners for their insights and suggestions.
