⭐ Lack of motivation is hitting most of us.
⭐ Many of us have MULTIPLE IDEAS and are somewhat stuck in the analysis phase.
⭐ Many of us are just scared to put ourselves out there.

Please understand this:
🤔 The reason you are stuck is NOT because you need to do more research.
👉 You’re stuck because you need to take action.
And it doesn’t cost ANY MONEY.
In talking with many of you — you haven’t yet done the super early validation part.
💡 Do this, today. And let’s get going!
👉 Do you have more than one idea? Are you not sure which one to pursue?
💡 Easy answer here:
Pick the one where you have closest access to the target customer.
Simple, right?
Pick the one where you know the customer very well and are certain you can reach them.
👉 WHY?
💡 Because you are going to have to be in close contact with your target customer from here on out — and if you can’t find them, this is going to be a HUGE battle.
👉 Ok, and?
💡 Remember, you aren’t trying to convince people to buy your product!
You’re trying to find EXISTING DEMAND, and fill it.
You want to talk to people to find out what they need - and give it to them.
👉 Go on…
💡 And that solution could be ANYTHING!
It doesn’t have to be a complicated app or a gorgeous website.
It can be a PDF with your expertise.
Or something simple you can manually do for your customers.
👉 Ok. And?
💡 So please stop thinking about tech.
And scaling.
And business plans.
And the competitive landscape.
1️⃣ Please, RIGHT NOW, find 10 people that fit the profile of your target customer. Online or offline.
Then start the conversation with them.
What frustrates them (in their market)?
What have they tried so far, and why didn’t it solve their problem?
⭐ Would they PAY YOU to solve their problem?
Would they pay you NOW?
You don’t even have a product - see if they’d preorder the solution, and then you can quickly make the solution.
Day 1 is the hardest day.
And, I’d argue, you’re still on day 0.
Day 1 begins when you do this, above.
And, once you start, it’s going to be a huge weight lifted off your shoulders.
You’ll get that analysis roadblock behind you.
You’ll get that anxiety of being rejected behind you.
⚡ You are doing the target audience a favor - you’re engaging with them and looking to solve their problems.
It’s 100% different than creating a product and trying to get people to buy it.
