This is all that matters.
This is all that matters.

Hi. It’s Aron with ValidatorAI.com.
The old startup launch playbook is outdated.
In fact, it's over. It ended in 2025. Just now.
The processes you're following to validate are 10+ years old. AI vibe-coding has rendered them all obsolete.
Guys and girls reading:
Anyone can build anything. You know this. But think about it for a second... land on it and ponder it... ANYONE can build exactly what you are working on. There are hundreds of people building what you are building right now. The exact same LLM tweaked product. There will be 1000s of platforms like yours -- 1000s of identical services -- 1000s of IDENTICAL products. We're in the 1st inning of the new way to launch startups.
If you are a new entrepreneur, launching something new... stop obsessing over the product you're building. Stop tweaking an LLM to make your product different. Product differentiation is old thinking. Competitor analysis is old thinking. These are fun, feel-good analyses that we do to make us feel like we're progressing.
The only thing that matters for new startup founders:
👉 Can you be seen? 👈
When people say distribution is all that matters... It's the entire game now. Not the product. Just this: Can you stand out? Can you get people to lean forward and take notice? Can you get them to give up something (email, phone number, download a report, start a trial)... that's validation in 2025 and beyond.
If you build a core following, you can figure out product market fit from these early followers. If you can't get people to care, nothing matters. The product you're building will be outdated in 6 months anyway. You have to be able to hustle, get seen, make noise, get traction. That's the measure of validation going forward. That's the predictor of success going forward.
In the future, investors might only back first-time founders that can build a following.
Please trust me... we've had over 1,000,000 ideas from 250,000 founders come through our platform. The only thing that matters is the founder's ability to get out there and make noise. Everyone has the same ideas. And they'll go nowhere if you follow the old playbook. The people you follow that are founders - they are everywhere, aren't they?
Validation is just... be seen.
Challenge:
Can you run a brief sprint and get people to notice you?
✔ Build a super simple landing page on Bubble or Lovable, below. It’s free.
✔ Use this prompt:
I am creating [tell about your product or service in one or two sentences here]. Our target customers are [explain who the target customer is] and our main value proposition is [list your value proposition]. We need a landing page built that explains the business we are launching. Use great stock images that fit our target market and explain our value proposition clearly on the site. Prominently place an area on the landing page where we can collect emails of interested customers. This is a project we are working on, and the main goal is to get traction and collect emails of interested people.
✔ Click on both links below and copy/paste the prompt. See which landing page you like best.
Bubble: Landing Page Generator
Lovable: Mockup Your Site Here
✔ You can mockup your site for FREE at both of these places. Both will provide a preview URL that you can copy and share.
After you build your landing page, Bubble’s preview URL can be retrieved by tapping this PLAY button on the top right corner of your screen. No need to “upgrade” just yet. Gather your URL here:
Lovable’s preview URL looks like this. It’s also at the top of your screen, after you build your landing page. Again, no need to upgrade. Just hit “publish” and you’ll get your URL there.
✔ Then, share your preview and what you’re working on everywhere.
Reddit groups, Twitter groups, Facebook groups, your own network. You have to get creative. Even the old “launch on Product Hunt and sit back” playbook won’t work going forward. Hustle and find any way you can to get the conversations started. Do this for a couple of weeks and see if you get any traction.
* Note: You might have to upgrade at Bubble or Lovable in order to make the email collection active. If you want to spend $0, skip email collection and have people follow you and DM you after they check out your landing page.
Let me prove to you that being known is all that matters.
Lovable just raised $200million for their AI site builder. It’s pretty awesome, but the tech involved is not revolutionary.
Because…
Base44.com operates something similar. One guy launched it, solo, and it works just as well. He sold it for $80million a month ago. He had a pretty good following but couldn’t really crack how to get the whole world to notice. His users were mostly regional in Israel.
Then, I just saw a listing on Acquire.com where a guy (who I met and talked with) launched his own competing platform. It works the exact same way as Lovable. It is 100% just as good. His asking price was $270,000. He has some revenue. But hasn’t figured out how to get it out there to the world.
Finally, and most shocking of all… this guy built an exact clone of the Lovable platform in just over an hour. It basically cost him nothing to make.
With today’s tools… ANYONE can build ANYTHING.
Lovable is worth over $1billion — a platform that (apparently) anyone with some skills can replicate. Lovable has absolutely crushed marketing and public awareness.
Be known.
It’s all that matters!
