π AI Startup Accelerator, Module 1.
From emails, discord discussions and surveys in the newsletter, many of us are still stuck on how to begin.
β‘ The best way to begin is to start with a problem.
Then, you should go out into the world to validate if this problem you found is a big problem that others have.
Here is what Module 1 looks like. This covers the first 3 sessions. π π
π€Β Startup Idea: I want to create a platform where street artists customize sneakers for collectors.

I need to find out if my idea is any good at all.
Would anyone care?
Would anyone go for this?
Here is Day 1:
Ok, easy enough.
Letβs research who the target market is.
Letβs make a list of customer segments that might be interested in our idea.
Letβs find where they hang out online and in real life.
And letβs maybe start jotting down thoughts on who might like our solution the most and what value they might receive from it.

Of course, our AI can help with each step of this.
Letβs dig into step 2 a bit further: Find where sneaker collectors gather.

We can also continue to ask more questions about the target group and where they are found.
Now we have a good idea of some social media groups we can join to start the conversation with these potential customers.

Letβs see what Day 2 brings:
This is all about finding out about the competition.
Who are they?
What do they offer?
What are their prices?
What is the unique value they bring?

If you really know the market you are entering, you can start doing this yourself today.
So,
Day 1 - create customer segments.
Determine where these people hang out.
Start thinking about the unique value you can bring.
Day 2 - start analyzing the compeition.
List who they are.
List their products.
Determine their unique value proposition and figure out a gap that you can fill in the market.
Day 3:
β Talking to early customers is super important.
I like using Google Forms for surveys. Itβs free and easy to setup.
You can also ask these questions in the social media groups youβve found.
π€Β DONβT join a group and immediately start pitching your idea. Get to know everyone. Contribute to the discussion, and then eventually ask about the problem you wish to solve.

Youβre on a fact-finding mission.
And thatβs something you can start doing today, from your home!
