Let’s say you have a great idea and you are positive this idea fills a need — you have proven demand.
But, you aren’t sure exactly how to make money.
What is the model that you use?

💡 Let’s explore possible business models for Validator AI (instead of a hypothetical idea).
📃 Let’s start by listing some basic information.
1️⃣ What are the Key Components of the Business?
✅ We help people pursue their startup dreams.
We do this by providing a 24/7 AI Chatbot that helps our users move forward.
✅ We also provide a Customized Startup Roadmap that outlines the key activities an entrepreneur should do each day.
✅ We also have a Startup Community on Discord that allows founders to meet each other.
✅ We also send out a newsletter with startup advice and tips.
2️⃣ Who is the Target Market?
✅ Our target is new entrepreneurs who have ideas but aren’t sure how to begin.
✅ A secondary target are people that have launched in the past, but feel they did something wrong along the way and are ready to try again with some support.
3️⃣ What is the Value Proposition?
Without us, entrepreneurs are generally on their own.
They read books, listen to podcasts and pretty much jump in with no support or guidance.
✅ We offer support along the way as well as a detailed step by step guide to follow.
✅ We also provide a mentor (AI chatbot) that can help 24/7.
4️⃣ How Can We Generate Revenue?
👉👉👉 This is the part we want to explore below!
🤔 What are Some Models we Can Explore With ValidatorAI.com ?
As a thought exercise, here are a few revenue models we came up with for our own site.
👉 Is it important for you to list WHY each model might work, and then test and validate it with your audience.
1️⃣ Charge Per Use of Our Initial AI Tool.
We tested this in the early days. Users were willing to pay per use for our tool, but we felt there was a better model out there.
Perhaps…
2️⃣ Freemium.
Let people use the tool 3 times for free and then require them to pay for extended use.
3️⃣ Free Initial Tool. Paid Upgraded Tools.
This is where we are right now.
Users get the initial advice for free and pay if they are serious about pursuing their startup idea.
4️⃣ Everything is FREE and We Charge A Different Highly-Motivated Group.
This is interesting.
We are thinking through “who is the most motivated in our audience”.
Our users consist of entrepreneurs, those just wanting to learn, investors and more.
⭐ ⭐ Might the investors have the most motivation here?
Are they eager to meet super early-stage startups?
Our research so far, says, “yes”.
5️⃣ Sponsorship and Advertising Model.
We could supplement our revenue by adding sponsors to the site and newsletter and accelerator. Or we could make everything free for the user and have this be the only revenue model.
6️⃣ Startup Equity.
We could make the accelerator free and just take a piece of equity in each startup and hope there are major standouts.
7️⃣ Pay for Promotion.
We could charge members a fee to be promoted on our site, in our newsletter etc.
8️⃣ Membership Model.
Everything is a membership. The tools, the community on discord, the videos, the newsletter etc. One flat fee and you get all of it.
9️⃣ Mentorship Subscription.
Everything is free. If you need help, you pay a monthly fee and have access to a real-life mentor for a certain amount of hours.
